Bulk Utility Recipes
There are two craftable utility items in Fallout 4: cutting fluid and vegetable starch. The former is scrappable for oil, which is essential for turrets and other items, and the latter yields adhesive, which is used in most weapon and armor modding. Any serious craftsman will be making these in abundance, and this mod was made to make that more convenient. Now you don’t have to make them one-at-a-time. You even get a component discount for crafting larger quantities (the “lore” idea being that creating larger batches is more efficient and less substrate is wasted).
Note: If you craft X items, you don’t actually get X items but a single new item that yields the same amount of resources as if you had X items.
For example, if you crafted Cutting Fluid (25), you don’t get 25 cutting fluids. You instead get an item called Cutting Fluid (25) that weighs the same as 25 cutting fluids and can be broken down into an identical number of resources.

Installation:
Install and activate the esp with Nexus Mod Manager.

How to enable modding
Navigate to your Fallout 4 Folder at the following location “Documents/My Games/Fallout 4”
Within this folder will be a number of .ini files, highlight “Fallout4Prefs.ini” and “Fallout4.ini”.
Right Click, select Properties and ensure that these are NOT marked as read only.
Open Fallout4Prefs.ini with your favourite text editor (we use Notepad++).
Navigate to the very bottom and you will see the line [Launcher]. Directly underneath this, copy the following text:
bEnableFileSelection=1
Save and Close
Open Fallout4.ini with your favourite text editor.
Find the line that reads: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
Replace this with the following text:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
