Build unlimited settlement without any mod

I didn’t know how else to share this information with people, so I decided to write this post.

There’s no mods here, just information (and my savegame).
Something that other people figured out and I just sharing it with you guys.

Forget all the mods for unlimited settlements.
There is a simple in-game trick which will allow you to build as much as you wish without installing anything.

Also I’m sharing my savegame if you wish to check out my settlement (and you can modify and build much more). Only one mission finished though – so you can basically start the game with this savegame because I wanted to build settlement first and then start the game.
