Beautiful Fallout Character
I am using two mods that help with her appearence which eveyone should have already because they are fairly popular.

To install grab the file and just drop it into your saves folder. PC/Documents/My Games/Fallout 4/Saves
In game her file name will be under Christian when you select character saves
