Ballistic Underwear B
This mod adds standalone underwear outfits, so you can wear a range of underwear, or none at all if you prefer…
All underwears in this mod support Padding (vault Suit) and Ballistic Weave (Railroad quest) upgrades.
This mod does NOT effect your default nude body, if you want to use the naked texture as an underwear, you would need a different mod. Might I recommend a mod created by myself that does exactly this, and is 100% compatible with this mod called Ballistic Underwear:

Install:
Extract all files into the Install Folder of your game (readme.txt does not need to be copied) usually located at:
Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout4
This mod uses an ESP, and a few texture files, as such, you need to modify your fallout .INI files to accept the ESP, and Texture files. To set your Fallout 4 to allow loose texture files, you will need to edit your Fallout.ini file located in your documents folder under My Games\Fallout 4, you need to change:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
into
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,
The above is just an example, you may need Meshes, Materials and other things enabled for other mods, if this already includes TEXTURES, then you dont need to edit this file
The second file you need to edit is your Fallout4Prefs.ini, located in the same Documents\My Games\Fallout4 folder, this time locate a [Launcher] heading, and add:
bEnableFileSelection=1
If this is already present then you do not need to modify this file.
Once you have edited the .INI files, this mod needs to be enabled, Do so by opening your Fallout Launcher, then click just under the Power Armor Left eye (and a little to the left) to bring up the Fallout 4 Data Files window, and put a check next to BallisticUnderwearB.esp, you can change your load order on this step if you want, but that is not necessary. Once you have things set up the way you like, click OK.
You can now launch the game, or setup your textures first.
Textures:
I am not very good at texturing, so left this mod as something for you to customize with all of the underwear mods already on the Nexus. If you go ahead without setting up the textures, you will have default underwears with a number (1-5) on the crotch, to show what texture you are using, so this step is optional, but recommended.
To use a different texture with this mod (up to 5 for each gender), you will need to find an underwear you like and download it manually. Now extract the file someplace other than where you would normally, we need to rename the texture file before installing it to prevent overwriting that lovely nude mod you have installed. You will need to identify the texture file you want to become an underwear, these end in _d.dds.
For Females the file will likely be named:
femalebody_d.dds
For Males the file will likely be named:
basemalebody_d.dds
Rename this file to the underwear of your selection by adding U1-U5 just after the Y in body, your file should now look like these examples:
femalebodyU1_d.dds
basemalebodyU4_d.dds
You can repeat this process until you have up to 5 new underwears per gender.
Now that you have the texture files, they need to be placed into the Game, to do this browse to your fallout folder, typically under:
Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout4
There should be a file path setup for these new textures if you extracted this mod into your fallout 4 folder correctly, if not make sure you have the following folder tree setup:
Data\Textures\Actors\Character\BaseHumanFemale
Data\Textures\Actors\Characters\BaseHumanMale
Simply copy the U1-U5 new textures you created into the correct gender folder from above. That’s it, you are all set!
I do not currently support _n.dds files or _s.dds files, if your textures don’t look right without those, I’m sorry.
In Game:
Once In game you will need a console command to get the underwear into your inventory. To get the Base Id’s, bring up your console (usually with the ~ button) and type in:
Help Underwear 4
This should bring up a listing of all underwear items in your game, I have included a screen shot with a red box around these items (the ones above those are the original Ballistic Underwear Mod, fully compatible with this mod).
In my case the load order went to 04, so to add all 5 of the items into my inventory I would type:
Player AddItem 4000801 1
Player AddItem 4000802 1
Player AddItem 4000803 1
Player AddItem 4000804 1
Player AddItem 4000805 1
Likely you will only get one popup saying Underwear Added, this is normal as they all share the same name, your pipboy inventory will not stack different underwears together, so you should now have 5 different under items in your inventory.
Notes:
Item code xx000801 uses the U1 texture for both male and female.
Item code xx000802 uses the U2 texture for both male and female.
Item code xx000803 uses the U3 texture for both male and female.
Item code xx000804 uses the U4 texture for both male and female.
Item code xx000805 uses the U5 texture for both male and female.
