Attempts at a Pre-War Wasteland
Makes the wasteland look closely to it’s prewar counterpart (minus buildings and trees at the moment.) Changes Most water to prewar, some areas will still give you rads but almost all of it will not. Also Removes Rad Storms.
Changes some of the textures around in Fallout 4 to make it look more green and vibrant. So far most of the wasteland has been redone using the pre-war textures and assets already included in the game.
Installation

Place Prewar Wasteland.esp in the data folder of your Fallout 4 directory. Activate with Nexus Mod Manager.
So far does not seem to conflict with any other mods, if wrong about this leave a comment.
Uninstalling

Uncheck the Prewar Wasteland.esp in Nexus Mod Manager and delete it.
