Legnolia is the pinnacle of human perfection and we created her. You can find her at the third where a lesser being once stood, if you so choose to partake in her only real dialogue option, you can steal a copy of her magical thunder thighs from the nightstand.
She’s a great singer and dancer, but if she becomes smaller than desired, you can enable and disable her in the console to reset her height. Two mods in one day, oh boy.
