Concrete Slab Floor 02 Replacer
I never use the 2nd wood floor piece and searched for a concrete slab replacer for it. I couldn’t find one, so I made it. It’s fully snappable, and functions exactly like the one it replaces.
This mod uses modified vanilla resources. As such, the sides and bottom are not solid, smooth concrete. If you look closely enough, you will see the framework of the original piece. Note, I used (and renamed) the NIF file for the first wood floor piece so it would be smooth on top, where it counts 🙂 . I’ve included a screen shot of a large slab floor made with this replacer for reference.
An added note: there are different concrete textures available in the game. If you would like a different one, upload a screen shot, and I’ll add an optional version. Just keep in mind that it has to be a vanilla concrete texture, not one from another mod.
Installation: Use NMM or copy files into the appropriate folders of your Data directory.

Compatibility:
This mod will conflict with any mod that changes or replaces the same floor piece.
As far as other mods, I use ad3do’s Snap’n Build series and there are no conflicts, since his mods act as additions to the build menu. I can’t guarantee compatibility or list conflicts with other building mods, other than stated above, or building menu mods.
