ABOUT:
– Replaces the broken toilet with a non broken toilet and the rusty bed with only a mattress with a bed with bed cover, that you can build with the settlement workshop (see screen shots).
– This is only a .nif replacement mod that don’t use any .esp so it works to 100% with any other mod that don’t use these 2 .nif files.

INSTALLATION:
(step 1)
1. Extract the rar file and copy the Data folder to your Fallout 4 game folder.
2. Navigate to your Documents\My Games\Fallout4
3. Open FallOut4.ini
4. Find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
5. Change it to:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\, VIDEO\
6. Close and save FallOut4.ini
7. Done!
