All mods that edit cells are known to reset said cells. I have not checked, but for safety, move items from Boston Airport and the Home Plate before installing this mod.

Adds a lamp post under lights. It has shadows!
Adds a settlement at Lake Cochituate, with proper borders. Should also accept settlers. See images.
Modifies the settlement at Boston Airport to be a full settlement (can now build everything, including settlement beacon). They aren’t using it, it’s separate, and they want the people of the Commonwealth to feel like they are the good guys.
Modifies the Home Plate to allow full construction. I didn’t think they would be so strict, considering the previous owner knocked the damn wall down.

Bugs:
You can’t build the Institute Food Synthesizer without having the “Institute Schematics” perk from CCMB, but you cannot get it right now without using the console.
