Weightless Junk and Stuff Mod

What it does do:
Changes all junk, weapon and armor mods, and several other things (newspapers etc) to be weightless.

What it doesn’t do:
Unnecessary edits/ITMs, break the universe.

Why??:
To be more lore friendly. Ammo is weightless, pencils are weightless, green paint is weightless, but 10 empty blood packs (basically plastic bags) are the same weight as yellow paint….

Compatibilities:
This mod is incompatible with anything that changes the same item. If you prefer a certain change have that mod lower in your load order.
